What this tool is

Chaseplan is a free, single-purpose web tool that generates dated invoice chase plans. It runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript. There is no server, no database, no account system, and no email sender. The tool does not store, transmit, or process any data you enter — everything stays on your device.

No warranty

Chaseplan is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. The generated message drafts are templates and should be reviewed before sending. Late fees, interest, and legal collection procedures vary by jurisdiction and contract — Chaseplan does not provide legal advice and is not a substitute for professional legal counsel.

Limitation of liability

Chaseplan is operated by Agen2ic, LLC. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Agen2ic, LLC disclaims all liability for any damages or losses arising from the use of this tool. The tool generates text based on the inputs you provide — you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and sending any messages produced by the tool.

Intellectual property

The Chaseplan name, logo, and website content are owned by Agen2ic, LLC. The invoice chase plans and message drafts generated by the tool are produced algorithmically based on your inputs and are not copyrighted works — you are free to use, modify, and send them as you see fit.

Billing and payments

Chaseplan is currently free to use — there is no charge for accessing or using the tool. The sections below describe the billing terms that apply now.

What you are paying for

Use of the Chaseplan web tool to generate dated invoice chase plans and message drafts. The tool works entirely in your browser and there is no server-side account, storage, or automation to pay for. There is no subscription, no licence fee, and no per-use charge.

Price and billing period

The price is $0.00. There is no recurring billing period. If a payment processor is connected in future, the price and billing terms will be updated here before any charge is introduced.

Payment processor status

No payment processor is currently connected. The checkout page on the Pricing page is a visual simulation only — no real payment is taken, no card is charged, and no transaction reaches any financial network. If a live payment processor is connected in future, this section will be updated and users will be notified before any charge is introduced.

Failed payments

Because no payment is currently required, no payment failure can occur. If a subscription or one-off payment option is introduced in future, the relevant payment terms will be published at that time.

Refund policy

Changes to billing terms
